Steps
Before you start, check that your wall is smooth and clean before applying your base layer of paint. We created a blank canvas by applying two coats of Chalky Finish Wall Paint in Chalk White.
Unlike ordinary paints, Chalky Finish Wall Paint allows repetitive cleaning without affecting the painted finish, ensuring your wall mural will stay clean and beautiful for years to come.
Using a pencil, mark out your mountain range design and apply a line of masking tape along the bottom to create the mountain base.
Using a paint brush, outline each mountain and fill in the remainder with a roller to ensure a brushstroke-free finish. Repeat this process for each mountain shape. We used Chalky Finish Wall Paint in the colours; Cocoa, Bramwell, Laurel Green, Hessian, China Rose and Marine Grey.
Once dry, peel away the masking tape to revel your work of art!
